【摘 要】
现在循环流化床锅炉自控系统普遍采用集散型控制系统（DCS）。本文以河南神马尼龙化工有限责任公司动力厂3＃锅炉为例，介绍了CENTUM －CS3000集散型控制系统的配置及其功能，并从循环流化床锅炉的控制方式、控制水平、联锁、安全保护、一般的控制操作等方面介绍了DCS在循环流化床锅炉控制中的成功应用。

【Abstract】
Now circulates the fluid bed boiler automatic control system to use the collection and distribution control system generally (DCS). This article take the Henan shenma nylon chemical industry limited liability company power plant 3 # boilers as an example, introduced CENTUM - CS3000 collection and distribution control system disposition and its the function, and from circulation fluid bed aspect and so on boiler control mode, control level, interconnection, safekeeping of security, general control operation introduced DCS in the circulation fluid bed boiler control success application.

1.前言
循环流化床锅炉是新兴的环保锅炉，在国内正呈现方兴未艾之势，建设数量增加很快。循环流化床锅炉有很多优点，如对燃料要求低，可以燃烧劣质煤、甚至生活垃圾，氮氧化物（Nox）和硫排放量低，启动快等等。但是由于循环流化床锅炉在国内的应用还处于初级阶段，很多设计安装和养护的技术问题还有待解决，很多运行方式还有待摸索总结提高，循环流化床的自动化控制更是一个难题。本文结合我公司3＃锅炉使用日本横河公司CENTUM －CS3000集散型控制系统（DCS）的情况，谈一下CENTUM －CS3000在循环流化床锅炉控制中的应用。
