基于LabVIEW的压力脉动分析仪

摘  要:在天然气运输前的增压过程中,由于压缩机的往复式运动,会产生压力脉动现象,从而引起管路系统振动。为测试压力脉动过程,利用LabVIEW设计一种压力脉动分析仪。该仪器结合虚拟仪器和信号分析处理技术,采集并分析压力传感器的数据,可快速检测出管路系统中各测点的压力脉动值,找出不合格的测点并采取相应的措施来减小这些测点处的振动值,保证安全生产。该压力脉动分析仪已在多处天然气增压站投入使用,取得了良好的使用效果。

Pressure fluctuation analyzer based on LabVIEW

Abstract: The pipeline of the CNG transportation system often vibrates since pressure fluctuation for the reciprocating motion of the compression engine in the pressurization process. In order to measure pressure fluctuation, an analyzer based virtual instrument and signal processing was developed with LabVIEW. The pressure fluctuation of pipeline system can be test rapidly through collecting and analyzing the data from the pressure sensor. The point of pressure dissatisfaction can be found by comparing with API618, and further steps to reduce vibration can be followed up to avoid accident. This analyzer has been used in some CNG stations and achieved good results.
