电喷雾-质谱研究A环不同取代基对黄酮类化合物裂解途径的影响

摘  要:选择槲皮素、葛根素、黄芩苷、朝藿定C和野黄芩苷为研究对象,在负离子检测方式下,采用电喷雾-质谱法(ESI-MS)研究A环不同取代基对自身裂解途径的影响。结果发现,该类化合物主要发生了脱糖、脱CO、脱水和RDA反应,进一步分析发现,A环上不同的取代基对自身质谱裂解途经影响较大,其裂解途径有显著差异,且H2O分子的丢失可以成为判断A环取代基信息的一种方法。A环取代基不同黄酮类化合物的质谱裂解规律有助于复杂黄酮类化合物的快速检测和结构解析。

Study on different substituents in A-ring effect on fragmentation pathway of
flavonoids using electrospray ion trap mass spectrometry

Abstract: Under negative ion mode, electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) was used to study on different substituents in A-ring effect on fragmentation pathway of flavonoids. During the fragmentation, RDA cleavage was detected and CO and H2O were usually lost during the fragmentation. Different substituents in A-ring affected fragmentation obviously, and among them, the loss of H2O molecular could be a marker to judge the substituent in A-ring. The results will be helpful in identifying the structures of flavonoids rapidly with the method of mass spectrometry.
