10 MN叠加式力标准机的研制

摘 要:简述10 MN叠加式力标准机的工作原理,通过对横梁、加载系统、液压系统、控制系统以及测试系统进行创新设计,并采用新的力值加载结构和满足称重传感器、标准测力仪的测试系统,成功研制高精度10 MN叠加式力标准机。该10 MN叠加式力标准机示值重复性不大于0.02%,力值误差在±0.05%内,相对扩展不确定度优于0.1%(k=2)。

Preparation of 10 MN build-up force standard machine

Abstract: The working principle of 10 MN build-up force standard machine(BM) is introduced in the paper. Innovative designs have been done on crossbeam, loading system, control system and testing system; besides, new constructors to load force, and a testing system which meet the weighing sensor and force standard machine have been taken to ensure the accuracy of the whole system so that the 10 MN build-up force standard machine can be successfully manufactured. The performance of the 10 MN BM is measured. The testing results indicate that the indication repeatability is not bigger than 0.02%, force value error is between-0.05% and +0.05%, and the relative expanded uncertainty (k=2) is smaller than 0.1%.
