    冷却塔热力性能在线监测装置及系统研制

    摘  要:针对目前冷却塔分立仪器检测方式效率低、成本高、无法满足实时性等问题,开发一套冷却塔热力性能在线监测装置及系统,实现冷却塔运行工况与环境参数的准确在线自动测量,结合Merkel模型相对冷却塔热力性能进行实时评估,利用3G模块实现测量结果和故障的远程短信发送。实验结果表明:系统测量准确度较高,提高冷却塔监测效率,有利于冷却塔能效的进一步数据挖掘。

    Design of on-line thermal performance monitor and system for cooling towers
    Abstract: As the most cooling towers are monitored by discrete instruments which is inefficient, uneconomical and hysteretic, an on-line thermal performance monitor and system was designed to measure the operating and environmental parameters of cooling tower automatically. The Merkel theory was used to calculate the thermal performance in the system. And the monitoring results and fault of the system was sent by a message via 3G module. The experimental result indicates that the system is precise enough and efficient for cooling tower monitoring and in favor of improving the energy-efficiency of cooling towers.
