    49i-PS型臭氧校准仪开展环境监测领域臭氧检测仪校准工作的研究

    摘  要:针对日益重要的环境监测领域应用的臭氧检测仪的校准溯源工作,提出采用49i-PS型臭氧校准仪作为标准装置,介绍该装置的测量原理、主要技术指标以及作为臭氧检测仪校准装置的使用方法。研究输气管线材质对臭氧浓度的影响,通过试验证明普通的不锈钢输气管线对臭氧气体有严重吸附,明显降低臭氧浓度;而PU管对臭氧气体没有明显的吸附,完全可以代替价格较高的聚四氟乙烯管,降低使用成本。

    Study on calibration of ozone analyzers applied in environmental
    monitoring field by model 49i-PS ozone calibrator

    Abstract: Concerning on the calibration of ozone analyzers applied in environmental monitoring field a standard apparatus by using model 49i-PS ozone calibrator was proposed. The measuring mechanism, main technical specifications and operation method were introduced. The influence of material quality of gas transmission pipe on ozone concentration was investigated. Experimental results suggested that common stainless pipe adsorbed ozone gas strongly, which made ozone concentration decrease obviously. Experiments demonstrated that PU pipe adsorbed ozone gas hardly, which could be used instead of polytetrafluoroethylene pipe with lower price.
