动车组客室压力控制模拟实验系统研究

摘  要:为研究动车组客室压力变化对旅客乘坐舒适性的影响,设计一套客室压力控制模拟实验系统。在分析压力控制系统的组成和工作原理的基础上,利用AMESim仿真软件建立客室压力控制系统模型,并以S函数的形式导入到Matlab/Simulink建立的模糊控制系统模型中,对AMESim和Matlab/Simulink进行联合仿真。仿真结果表明:在所设计的客室压力控制系统的作用下,客室内压力和压力变化率能够很好地跟随设定值变化,系统响应速度快、精度高,满足设计要求。

Experimental system design for EMU passenger compartment pressure control simulation

Abstract: In order to research the effects of pressure changes of EMU passenger compartment on human body comfort, a pressure control simulation system was designed in this paper. Based on the analyses of structure and working principle of the whole system, the passenger compartment pressure control system model was established with AMESim software, which was imported into the fuzzy control model that was already built in Matlab/Simulink platform in the form of S function. The united simulation results show the interior pressure and its changing-rate can both follow the set value well, meeting the design requirements with its high-speed and high accuracy.
