• 橘子果肉中橙皮苷的提取及含量测定

    摘  要:采用索氏提取的方法对橘子果肉中橙皮苷进行提取,对提取溶剂、提取温度、提取时间、料液比进行单因素试验,并在该基础上采用正交试验对提取工艺条件进行优化。结果表明:橙皮苷最佳的索氏提取工艺为甲醇作溶剂提取、提取温度85 ℃、提取时间3 h、料液比1∶120,橘子果肉中橙皮苷的含量为2.21 mg/g(鲜重)。该方法准确,可靠,可用于橘子中功效成分合理开发和质量控制。

    Extraction and determination of hesperidin in orange pulp

    Abstract: Soxhlet extration was applied to extract hesperidin from orange pulps. The effects of reagent, temperature, time, and material-liquid ratio on the extraction yield of hesperidin were investigated, and the extraction process conditions were optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiments. The optimum process conditions were: extract temperature 85 ℃, extract time 3.5 h, material-liquid ratio 1∶120 with methanol. The analytical result showed that the content of hesperidin in orange pulp was 2.21 mg/g (fresh weight). The method is accurate and reliable, and may be used for the development of functional components and the quality control of orange.
