摘  要：该文章给出了CT剂量指数（CTDI）的定义、以及在临床医学和设备质量控制方面的应用。并对多排螺旋CT中CT剂量指数的物理意义作了特别说明。重点讨论了CT剂量指数（CTDI）的测量原理、方法等相关技术，并且比较了国际电工委员会（IEC）和美国食品药品监督管理局（FDA）关于CT剂量指数（CTDI）的定义及计算方法的差异，使读者了解CT剂量指数（CTDI）发展和演变。   关键词：CT；CTDI；剂量指数；测量；质量控制   中图分类号：TH774  文献标识码：A 文章编号：1672-4984（2007）04-0033-04   Research and measurement on CT dose index GUO Hong-tao1， LIU Yong2， YUAN Shu-hua3 （1.Beijig Institute of Metrology and Testing，Beijing 100013，China； 2.TOSHBA Sanguang Medical Corporation，Beijing 100102，China； 3.Beijing Hospital，Beijing 100730，China）   Abstract: This article introduces the definition and expression of the computed tomography dose index （CTDI）, the application in the clinical medicine and medicinal equipments testing, especially emphasized the physical meaning of CTDI for Spiro Scanning Computer Tomography and the its measurement. The author also compared the definition of CTDI and the computational formulas used in the CTDI measurement of International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) and American Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and explained the evolution and evolvement of CTDI.
