In this paper, the fundamental theory of microwave frequency measurement was summarized.The methods for improving the accuracy of microwave frequency measurement were analyzed.It shows that analoginterpolating and the cursor interpolating methods have prominent advantages in improving precision of microwave frequency measurement.   Key words:Microwave frequency measurement; Improving precision; Methods
