环境水温对舰船甲板升温效果影响的实验研究

摘  要:舰船甲板平台区域的气流牵引式循环升温新技术是为解决其防冻和除冰等相关问题研究的。该文利用专用的原理性验证模拟实验装置,初步研究环境水温对甲板区域升温效果的影响,对环境水温为8.1~8.3 ℃、5.0~5.2 ℃和1.1~1.3 ℃进行升温效果的对比实验。结果表明:在甲板表面初始温度相同的情况下,环境水温会明显影响甲板平台区域的升温效果;环境水温越高,即水面与甲板表面的初始温差越大,甲板平台区域的升温幅度就越大,其升温效果也就越好。

Experimental study on deck-temperature-rising technology in different
water temperatures

Abstract: Deck-temperature-rising technology is the new technology that solves the temperature rising and deicing problems of ships deck. In this paper, the special experimental device was designed, and the influence laws of this new technology in different water temperatures were studied. Comparative experiments were done with the water temperatures at 8.1-8.3 ℃, 5.0-5.2 ℃ and 1.1-1.3 ℃. The experimental results show that under the same initial temperature of deck surface, the water temperature has significant impact on this new technology. The higher the temperature is, the greater warming-up amplitude and the better warming-up effect can be achieved.
