摘 要:机械振动台具有承载能力大、价格便宜等诸多优点,但受到工作原理的束缚,国内外迄今只能在较窄的范围内作恒位移扫频试验。本文给出了一种控制重块离心力的方案,在扫频过程中连续改变重块的偏心距,并通过工业控制计算机的快速采样、数据处理,以及采用智能控制算法等新技术,成功地实现了在较宽频率范围的恒加速度扫频控制,以及恒位移/恒加速度的无扰交越切换,大大扩展了机械振动台的使用领域。

Vibration-level Control System of Mechanical Vibrator

Abstract: The mechanical vibrator can only perform test under constant displacement and narrow ranges of frequencies until now.This paper introduced a continuous control method of slip block position,which was able to get different centrifugal pull by adjusting the block position during frequency scanning.Tests shown that control of constant acceleration is successful in a wide range of frequencies scanning by use of fast sampling,data processing and intelligent control algorithm.This method has wide applications in mechanical vibrator.
