    新开发发动机的性能测试与分析

    摘  要:该文以发动机耐久性试验为依据,对某新型发动机性能进行分析评价。参照相关标准,对某新开发发动机进行600 h耐久性试验,通过对发动机功率、扭矩、油耗、活塞漏气量、缸压、机油消耗量以及零部件损伤等数据的测试,来分析该型发动机动力性、经济性、密闭性以及可靠性等性能的变化情况及规律。通过测试分析,最终评定该新开发发动机各项性能良好,达到设计和实用要求,为发动机定型试验分析及后续同系列发动机的改进设计提供参考依据。

    Performance test and analysis of the newly developed engine

    Abstract: The durability test has been conducted to evaluate the performance of a newly developed engine. According to relative standards, a 600 h durability test has been implemented to examine the power, torque, fuel consumption, piston leakage, cylinder pressure, oil consumption and parts damage. The test data have been used to analyze the changing state and regularity of dynamic, economic, airtight and reliable performance. The durability test indicates that new engine can meet the design and practical requirements. It has provided reference data for engine approval test and follow-up improvement of the same series.
