摘 要:针对再制造发动机产品质量一致性较差导致出厂验收磨合效率低的问题,通过对发动机表面振动信号的实时监测与分析,达到判断其磨合质量,提高工作效率的目的。利用经验模态分解(empirical mode decomposition,EMD)的结果,基于对振动综合度的应用研究,提出磨合质量参数作为评价再制造发动机磨合质量的指标。通过对比再制造发动机与在用发动机的分析结果,结合发动机性能试验数据,证明磨合质量参数随着磨合过程的进行逐渐减小,且具有良好的灵敏度。在综合分析多台发动机试验结果的基础上,提出将3%作为磨合质量参数的阈值,以此评价再制造发动机的磨合质量。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem that remanufactured engine is low in running efficiency during factory acceptance for its poor quality conformity, the vibration signal on the engine surface was monitored and analyzed in real time to judge the engine running quality and improve its work efficiency. based on the application and study of comprehensive vibration scale and the results of empirical mode decomposition (EMD), this paper has presented to take running quality parameters as the evaluation index for engine running quality. The running quality parameters have been proved to reduce gradually and much flexible during the running process in combination with the comprehensive analysis of remanufactured engines and in-use engines and the engine performance test data. After studying the test results of multiple engines, it was proposed to set the threshold of running quality parameters as 3% so as to evaluate the running quality of remanufactured engines.
