    一种改进型风机机组效率测量方法

    摘  要:针对当前风机机组效率测量过程中由于电动机输入功率和风机输出功率不是同步测量,当风机工况改变时会产生较大误差的情况,提出一种利用无线传输来实现风机机组效率同步测量的方法。建立风机及电动机测量运算的数学模型,利用此方法设计风机效率测试仪的硬件电路和软件结构,最后验证该方法的测量准确度和同步测量的可行性。

    An improved method for fan unit efficiency measurement

    Abstract: In order to overcome large errors caused during the asynchronous measurement of motor input power and fan output power when the working condition of the fan changes, an improved method has been proposed to measure the efficiency of fan units through wireless transmission. Input and output mathematical models has been established. Hardware circuits and software structures were designed for fan measurement testers based on this method. At the end of the paper, the method was validated as accurate and feasible.
