A calibration equipment of high-energy laser energy meter based on distortionless sampling method

Abstract: In order to resolve the problem of traditional all-absorption energy meter has limited mearsurement range， a novel calibration setup of laser energy meter is proposed. The principle and method to achieve the calibration of testing apparatus is provided， meanwhile the evaluation of uncertainty for this calibration setup is also analyzed. This setup can both measure the output energy of lasers and calibrate other laser energy meters on site.
