一种基于无畸变取样的高能激光能量计校准装置

摘  要:为解决传统的全吸收型激光能量计存在的量值上限问题,提出一种采用无畸变取样的新型激光能量校准装置。该装置主要由透射式光学元件及标准探测器组成,利用透射式化学元件反射的弱光以降低校准系统对标准探测器的量程要求。文中给出该校准装置实现高能激光能量测量装置校准的原理和方法,并给出该套校准装置的不确定度评定方法。该校准装置一方面可以测量激光器的输出能量,另一方面可以校准现场用的其他高能激光能量测量设备。

A calibration equipment of high-energy laser energy meter based on distortionless sampling method

Abstract: In order to resolve the problem of traditional all-absorption energy meter has limited mearsurement range, a novel calibration setup of laser energy meter is proposed. The principle and method to achieve the calibration of testing apparatus is provided, meanwhile the evaluation of uncertainty for this calibration setup is also analyzed. This setup can both measure the output energy of lasers and calibrate other laser energy meters on site.
