    微冲击开关侵彻过载测试仪

    摘  要:进行弹丸侵彻试验时,试验准备周期长。由于弹丸内部空间非常宝贵,测试仪必须做到微体积,其电池电量较小;测试仪需要提前上电。针对弹丸侵彻试验准备时间长与测试仪电池电量有限的矛盾,以往采用引出导线,在试验前断线上电的方式。断线上电需要弹体开槽,而且无意中磨断导线导致提前上电,为此提出基于微冲击开关的侵彻过载测试仪。测试仪冲击开关安装测试仪内部,不需要引出导线,在堂内加速阶段通过冲击开关进行实时上电,解决测试仪电池容量的问题。对冲击开关进行冲击验证和空气炮实验,其可靠性得到验证。实测数据分析,该测试仪能够很好地完成弹丸侵彻过程数据测试。

    Penetration overload testers based on micro-impact switches

    Abstract: It takes time to prepare for projectile penetration tests. Because the inner space of the projectile is very small, the tester must be designed with micro volume and low battery capacity. As a result, the tester needs to be powered on in advance. To overcome the contradiction between long preparation time and limited battery power, the most common way is to switch on by disconnecting the lead wire before test. This requires the projectile be slotted beforehand, but it is possible to rub off the wire by accident. So, a penetration overload tester with a micro-impact switch has been developed. The micro-impact switch, instead of the lead wire, is installed inside the tester and powered on in real time, which has solved the problem that the battery capacity is too small at the acceleration phrase of projectile bores. According to the impact test and air cannon impact test, the novel tester is reliable and can be used to complete the data test during penetration process.
