    基于FPGA的列车转向架振动信号滤波系统

    摘  要:针对高速列车转向架蛇行失稳问题,为实现转向架构架横向振动的实时监测,保证转向架稳定性判断的准确性,提出一种列车转向架振动信号滤波器系统设计的FPGA实现方法。通过研究数字滤波器的基本理论,利用FIR数字滤波器的线性相位特性,结合Matlab仿真软件设计出符合要求的数字滤波器,并给出Quartus II平台上的波形测试结果。仿真分析和实测信号表明:该滤波系统设计获得较理想的滤波效果,验证设计的正确性,且该文所提出的方法具有高速灵活的优点和较高的实用性。

    Design of signal filtering system based on FPGA for train bogie vibration

    Abstract: For the bogie hunting instability of the high speed train, this paper proposes a design of signal filtering system for train bogie vibration based on FPGA in order to realize the real-time monitoring on transverse vibration of bogie frame, and ensure the accuracy of the bogie stability judgment. By studying the basic theory of digital filter, using the strict phase distortion and sharp cut-off characteristic of FIR filter, the design of the required digital filter is finished combined with Matlab. Furthermore, the testing waveforms in Quartus II are given. The results of simulation analyses and the experiment on measured signals show that the design of the filtering system achieves a better filtering effect, and verifies the correctness of the design. At the same time, the presented method in the paper has the advantages of high speed and flexibility, and high practicability.
