基于电液复合控制系统功能的浅水测试技术研究

摘  要:为掌握水下液控系统浅水测试技术,以常用的电液复合控制系统为基础展开研究。分析电液复合控制系统的组成、工作原理和功能要求,结合现有标准要求和国内外测试现状,提出浅水测试场需配置的测试系统及其连接方式,明确测试内容,编制测试流程,并阐述具体的测试方法。研究结果可为国内浅水测试场建设及水下液控系统浅水测试作业提供参考。

Study on shallow-water test technology based on the function of multiplexed electro-hydraulic control system

Abstract: Studies have been conducted to master the shallow-water test technology of subsea hydraulic control system based on the multiplexed electrohydraulic control system. The test systems and their connection needed for shallow-water test sites were proposed after the compositions, operating principle and functional requirements of the system were analyzed and the existing standards and the testing state at home and abroad were studied. Testing items were determined, testing procedures established and testing methods elaborated. The testing results can be used as a reference for the construction of shallow-water test sites and shallow-water test operation at home.
