• 测量仪器校准间隔的灰色非等时距预测

    摘  要:针对测量仪器经优化后的校准间隔呈现非等时距的特点,提出一种灰色非等时距校准间隔预测方法。通过分析历史校准数据的特征,建立校准数据的数学描述模型。考虑到历史校准数据小样本、非线性的特点,采用灰色新陈代谢非等时距GM(1,1)预测模型,预测测量仪器的非等时距校准间隔。实验表明:灰色新陈代谢非等时距GM(1,1)模型克服了随机扰动对系统的影响,更能反映系统的变化趋势,适用于测量仪器非等时距校准间隔的预测。

    Prediction of calibration interval for a measuring instrument using non-equidistance
    grey model

    Abstract: After the calibration interval of a measuring instrument was optimized, the historical calibration data sequence was non-equidistance. Therefore, traditional calibration interval prediction models based on equal sequence could not be applied again. This article proposed the modeling thought of calibration interval prediction by analyzing characters of historical calibration data and building the mathematical model of calibration data. Based on this work, a renewal non-equal GM(1,1) model was proposed. Experiments showed that the renewal non-equal GM(1,1) model conquered the effect of random disturbance and could be used to forecast the calibration interval of a measuring instrument.
