摘要:主要介绍了全数字式交流伺服电机在万能材料试验机控制系统中的应用,并给出了将松下MINAS A系列伺服电机用于5吨材料试验机的例子。分析了试验机复杂加载模式实现的硬件组成和软件设计,整个控制系统基于研华数据采集卡,应用系统软件则由LabVIEW进行编制,文章着重介绍了应用软件中的控制伺服电机的软件模块的功能、设计方法,以及实现策略。通过项目实施,证明这种设计具有直观、使用简单等特点,是切实可行的。

Research on motor controlling technique of universal material testing machine

Abstract: This paper introduced how to use digital AC servo motor in the universal material testing machine, and give an example of applying MINAS A serial servo motor to 5 tons material testing machine. It explained hardware and software application design in complex load mode. The controlling system was based on Advantech DAQ card and programmed in LabVIEW. The paper emphasized on the function, design method and strategy of servo motor controlling software module. It proves that this design is simple and feasible.
