    2.超高温旋喷式气体射流洗井过程两相流研究

    茅靳丰,边浪,关洪军,李靖 (解放军理工大学工程兵工程学院,江苏 南京 210007) 摘要:本文介绍了新型超高温旋喷式气体射流洗井器洗井机理,并从机理出发,深入分析了井筒中两相流的流型过渡与传热过程。根据现场所测得的实验数据,研究了流态不稳定导致的井口振动在横、 纵向的模态,从侧面分析了两相流体在井筒中的振荡特性,也为下一步模拟打下基础。本文借此试验从更深层次说明了两相流理论的研究对高温气体射流洗井工艺的重要意义。   关键词:洗井器;两相流;机理;振动   中图分类号:TE252 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1672-4984(2006)02-0005-03   Two-phase research based on extremely overheat and rotary spraying shooting flow well-washing principle   MAO Jin-feng,BIAN Lang,GUAN Hong-jun,LI Jing (Engineering Institute of Engineering Corps, PLA University of Science and Technology,Nanjing 210007,China)   Abstract: This paper introduced a new overheat and rotary spraying shooting flow  well-washing machine and its mechanism.According to the mechanism, this paper also deeply analyzed the transition of two-phase flow and the process of conducting heat in the well. On the basis of the datum in the expe riment,it studied the transverse and longitudinal mode due to liquid conformation instability, analyzed the vibration characteristic of two-phase flow in the well. It also set ground to the next simulation. This paper shows the importance of research on two-phase flow in the well-washing craft of gas jet.   Key words: Well-washing machine;Two-phase flow;Mechanism;Vibration
