摘要:作为一种技术先进、可靠性高、又无污染的制冷新器件,半导体致冷可以广泛应用于各种小功率温度控制系统。例如便携式汽车冷暖箱,冷热饮水机、微机芯片的致冷等等。本文详细叙述了拍尔帕效应、半导体致冷片(器件)的工作原理、工作过程、及其特点。并研究开发了一套基于单片机控制为核心,数字式温度传感器,半导体致冷片,以及固态继电器配合使用的微机芯片温度检测致冷控制系统。该系统具有很强的实用性和可移植性。

Research of the principle of semi-conductor refrigerant and its’application

Abstract: As a new technological refrigerant instrument with high functional reliability and pollution-free, semi-conductor refrigerant instrument can be extensively used in small-power temperature-control system, such as automobile cold-hot bin ,cold-hot drinking trough and refrigeration of chips in microcomputer, etc. This text described peltier effect, the principle and work process of the semi-conductor refrigerant instrument and its characteristics in detail. The paper showed a set of temperature detecting and control system based on singlechip digital temperature sensor and solid relay. The system was used in microcomputer chips’refrigeration and proved to be great practicable and migration.
