7. 激光跟踪测量系统校验及在三维测量中的应用

马强,闫勇刚,刘万里,孙大许 (河南理工大学精密工程研究所,河南 焦作 454003)   摘要:介绍了激光跟踪仪(LTS)原理,提供了一种校验激光跟踪测量系统的方法。通过与高精度三坐标测量机(CMM)比对测量,检验其精度,实验结果表明角向误差是影响LTS精度的主要因素。利用激光跟踪仪对汽车外形进行扫描,建立其三维模型,发现测量中存在的问题,并提出解决方法,结果表明,激光跟踪仪应用于汽车车身扫描有操作简单、精度较高等优点。   关键词:激光跟踪仪;校验;CMM;三维测量   中图分类号:TB92 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1672-4984(2006)02-0027-02   Inspection of laser tracking system and its application in three-dimensional measurement   MA Qiang,YAN Yong-gang,LIU Wan-li,SUN Da-xu (Institute of Precision Engineering,Henan Polytechnic University, Jiaozuo 454003, China)   Abstract: This article introduced the principle of laser tracking system (LTS) and a method to inspect laser tracker using CMM. The precision of LTS is inspected by the contrast between LTS and high accuracy CMM. The results show that the angular errors are main factors of affecting the accuracy of LTSCar’s shape is scanned by employing LTS and its three-dimensional model is established. During the course of measuring, we found several problems and supplied the solutions.
