摘  要：构建了一种基于RT-Linux操作系统的坐标测量机开放式控制系统。该系统利用RT-Linux作为操作系统，以模块化方式实现了坐标测量机的运动控制、相关I/O控制、测量数据采集和人机界面显示等功能，并且这些模块完全开放，从而使控制系统具有互操作性、可移植性、可缩放性和可互换性，大大提高了坐标测量机控制系统的适应能力。   关键词：开放式；坐标测量机；RT-Linux操作系统；嵌入式   中图分类号：TP311.52；TP273        文献标识码：A         文章编号：1672-4984（2008）03-0121-03   Open controlling system construction for coordinate measuring machines based on RT-Linux   ZENG Xiao， WANG Wei， LI Yang   （Instrumentation Division of National Institute of Measuring and Testing Technology，Chengdu 610021，China）   Abstract: An open controlling system based on RT-Linux operating system was constructed for coordinate measuring machine（CMM）. This open controlling system achieved the functions of motion control, related I/O control, measuring data acquisition, human-machine interface display, and so on by modularizations with RT-Linux operating system. And these modules were completely open. Thus, the controlling system possesses many features such as interoperability, portability, scalability and exchangeability.
