高精度电池组检测系统的研究与开发

摘  要:为实现电池组运行状况的实时监测和控制系统显得极其重要,设计并研制了一套基于Philip900系列单片机的多处理器、多机通讯电池组检测系统。该系统可以同时监测24节电池的工作情况,并且能够对电池组总体电压和单个电池的工作进行可靠的监控,出现问题能够及时报警。实践证明该设计方案正确可行。   关键词:电池组;检测系统;单片机;多处理器;多机通讯   中图分类号:TM911;TP273+.5        文献标识码:A          文章编号:1672-4984(2008)03-0117-04   Research and development of high precision battery set detection system   WANG Hai-feng, TIAN Zhi-li, ZHONG qiang   (Shandong Shengli Vocational College,Dongying 257097,China)   Abstract: It is important to research and develop a system which can monitor and control the operational state of the battery set in industrial control. So a battery-pile detecting system based on Philip 900 SCM was designed and prepared for multi-processor, multi-computer communication processors. This system could control 24-part battery-pile operations, monitor and control the general voltage and the single battery operations simultaneously. If the problem appeared, it could give an alarm immediately.
