    蔬菜中吡虫啉农药残留分析方法

    摘  要:针对蔬菜中吡虫啉残留分析没有国标可执行的问题,着手对此进行了一些研究,提出了一种简单、快速且较为经济的对残留量的检测分析方法。用二氯甲烷,采用匀浆法提取,并用安捷伦的C18柱(500 mg;6 mL)进行净化。用高效液相色谱仪测定,外标法定量。其特点是方法简便、快速,结果准确。检测波长269 nm;色谱柱C18 XDB 250 mm×4.6 mm×5 μm;流动相:乙腈∶水=40∶60(V/V);该方法标准曲线相关系数0.999 99。   关键词:蔬菜;吡虫啉;农药残留:高效液相色谱;回收率   中图分类号:S63;S481+.8        文献标识码:A          文章编号:1672-4984(2008)03-0098-03   Determination of imidacloprid pesticide residues in vegetables   YIN Chun-hang, QIAN Yun-hui, ZHANG Yan   (Nantong Center for Agricultural Product Quality Supervision and Testing,Nantong 226006,China)   Abstract: At present, there is no national standard for determination of imidacloprid pesticide residues in vegetables. In order to solve this problem, one simple, rapid, economic method was researched and established for determination of pesticide residues. In this method, ethyl acetale and dichloromethane were used to extract residues with eddy-oscillate method. And the extract was purified with Agilent C18 column(500 mg;6 mL). After then it was analyzed with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) and quantified with ESTD method. In detail, the detection wavelength was 269 nm, the chromatography column was C18 XDB 250 mm×4.6 mm×5 μm and the mobile phase was 40%(V/V) acetonitrile aqueous solution. The results indicate that this method is simple and rapid, the linear regression coefficient of calibration curve is larger than 0.99999, and the measurement result is accurate.   Key wards: Vegetable; Imidacloprid; Pesticide residue; HPLC; Recovery   Editor:liyan
