肺功能仪校准装置的研制

摘  要:为了解决肺功能仪的质量控制和量值溯源问题,运用人体呼吸的基本原理,采用微机伺服精确控制活塞的工作方式,研制了肺功能仪校准装置,该装置可完成气体体积和流量的修正计算,能向肺功能仪提供模拟的肺活量、用力肺活量、呼吸峰流量、分钟最大通气量等标准量值。该装置的主要指标达到欧洲呼吸学会和美国胸腔协会提出的肺功能测试标准的要求。简要介绍了研制肺功能仪校准装置的社会意义,说明了该装置工作的基本原理,列举了达到的主要物理指标,以及实现的基本功能。   关键词:肺功能仪;校准;肺功能仪校准装置;模拟;质量控制;量值溯源   中图分类号:R322.3+5;TM930.113        文献标识码:A          文章编号:1672-4984(2008)03-0014-03  

Calibration device development for spirometer analyzers

This device could calculate the amended gas volume and its amended flow, and provide the standard values such as vital capacity, forced vital capacity, peak expiratory flow, maximum voluntary ventilation, etc. for spirometry analyzers. Its principal indicators have reached the requirements of the spirometry standard recommended by the European Respiratory Society and the American Thoracic Society. In this paper, the social significance of this calibration device was briefly introduced, its basic working principle was interpreted, and its main physical parameters and basic functions were listed too.   Key words: Spirometer; Calibration; Spirometry calibration device; Simulation; Quality control; Value traceability   Editor:liyan
